The Business

Bin King – Dumpster Rental Website is a locally operated dumpster rental company serving Clearwater, Florida and nearby areas. They provide different bin sizes for residential cleanouts, construction projects, and general waste removal. The focus of the business is simple – fast delivery, clear pricing, and reliable service for local customers.

Since this was a new website, the goal was to create a structure that clearly explains services, bin options, and how customers in specific locations can request a dumpster. The site needed to feel straightforward and locally relevant, helping visitors quickly understand whether Bin King serves their area.

The Challenge

As a local service business, one of the main requirements was building a website that supports location-specific visibility. Instead of a generic service page, the structure had to make it clear which cities and neighborhoods Bin King serves and how customers in those areas can take action.

Key challenges included:

  • Organizing services and location pages in a way that feels simple
  • Making local coverage easy to understand without clutter
  • Guiding visitors from landing on a page to booking a dumpster
  • Keeping the design clean while still highlighting local trust and service areas

The focus was not on heavy branding or complex messaging — it was about building a clear, local-focused foundation from the start.

The Discovery

The project started with the client sharing example websites, layout references, and ideas for how they wanted the site to feel. Instead of starting from a template, we reviewed these references to understand structure, navigation, and what matters most for a local dumpster rental business.

The focus during discovery was keeping everything simple and locally relevant — making sure services, locations, and booking actions would be clear before development began.

The Build

The website was built fully custom from the ground up. No pre-made theme was used. The goal was to create a clean, fast, and practical structure that supports local service pages and clear calls to action.

Instead of decorative design, the build focused on clarity — helping visitors understand bin options, service areas, and how to rent a dumpster without confusion.
